These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Lovli.ai(“the Service”), operated by Akheilos Ltd (Company No. 17381191) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Service is available only to individuals aged 18 or older. By using the Service you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. Nature of the service and content

All characters, conversations, images, audio and video are fictional and AI-generated. No AI character represents a real person, and any resemblance is coincidental. Content is provided for entertainment purposes only.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Coins, memberships and payments

Coins are virtual items usable only within Lovli.ai and have no external monetary value and are not redeemable for cash. Prices, quotas and benefits are displayed before purchase. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled under the terms shown at checkout. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create, distribute or promote content that is:

• illegal under applicable law;
• depicting or involving minors;
• non-consensual, defamatory, harassing, threatening or hateful;
• impersonating a real person or infringing third-party rights;
• designed to defraud, extort or mislead others.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its branding and underlying software are owned by Akheilos Ltd. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Generated content may be subject to additional limitations and should not be used commercially without permission.

7. Availability and AI results

AI-generated results may vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or identical results between generations. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, and may remove content or suspend accounts in response to abuse, fraud or security risks.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akheilos Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of England and Wales.
